Requirements
Equisettle accepts training and qualification from a variety of sources. The type of cases we send to you are based on the nature of the case (court connected or private) and the preference of the parties. At a minimum we require that your training source is reviewed and approved by Equisettle. Additionally, we require you to obtain an ADR liability policy and maintain a PRO Software subscription.
How do you handle billing and payment?
Equisettle is a Stripe Connect partner. This allows us to ensure you are paid directly, on time and accurately. Our flat fee model makes accounting easy for the parties, you and us. This only applies to the cases we forward to you. We encourage you to use your PRO software subscription for all of your other in-person and online cases. The PRO software has an optional billing feature you can opt-in, to handle payments for your non Equisettle forward cases.
How are sessions held?
The PRO Software is designed with secure private messaging. The dashboard supports links to your preferred video conferencing platform. This means you are free to use an old standby or venture into a clients preferred platform choice. We know you have many reasons for choosing or rejecting various video conferencing platforms so we left that choice up to you.
